Penguin Patch Success

As the newly-elected PTO executive committee, we had a little over two weeks to put together what is quite possibly the most popular PTO event of the year: the Penguin Patch. The Penguin Patch is a wonderful holiday pop-up shop that offers a wide variety of affordable gifts students may purchase for their friends and loved ones. It is also best described with one word: chaos.

We knew we needed help. We put out the call for volunteers, and our dedicated community delivered. Fueled only by granola bars and bottled water, parents, grandparents, and National Honor Society students were up to the task. We all worked together and created an amazing experience for our HPEM students.
